Guidelines and deadlines for oral presentations, workshops, and posters

ORAL PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS

Speakers should send the PowerPoint Presentation to info@sumsymposium.it 

If you need to update your file or cannot meet the deadline, you may bring the final version to the Speakers' Desk at least 15 minutes before your session, where our staff will assist with any last-minute updates or technical needs.

Max 10 minutes per presentation.
Q&A discussion at the end of each presentation.

If you run out of time during your presentation, please do not rush to cover all remaining slides. Instead, proceed directly to your conclusions. To assist with this, we recommend preparing a summary slide highlighting your key takeaways.

Session Attendance: All presentations must be delivered in person. All speakers are required to arrive at the session at least 15 minutes before it begins in order to meet the Session Chair. They must then remain at the conference table for the entire duration of the session, from its beginning until its conclusion.

No advertising or commercial propaganda allowed. Presence of authors’ affiliations or company logos should be very discreet.

No official template is required. Speakers may prepare their PPT presentations as they prefer. If you wish to include the conference logo, it can be downloaded at this link.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Authors should send the PDF file of the Poster to info@sumsymposium.it

Printed by the Organising Secretariat — free of charge —  to ease authors' travel and ensure the Poster Hall is fully prepared before the conference begins.

Poster format:

• A0 size

• Portrait orientation

• Width: 841 mm

• Height: 1189 mm

• Use large letters — easily readable from 1 m.

Posters will be continuously displayed in a dedicated hall and may be discussed with the authors throughout the conference, according to their availability.
